REFUND POLICY


Returns

All of our products are handmade to order, non-custom orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt to be paid back in full (minus shipping both ways) the item must be returned as it was received in proper packaging and without wear. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase and proof of sending returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs on returns are at the buyer’s expense.

Refunds will be made to the same card used to place the order only.

Bespoke items are final sale with no returns.

Sample sale items are final sale.

To start a return, you can contact us at electricplume@outlook.com for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
